Director David Rousseau is making moves in the competitive world of music videos. His eye for capturing the performance energy of artists combined with sleek imagery, bright colors and innovative graphics, has made him one of the most sought-after video directors of today.

David transitioned into music video production after a successful career in broadcast television where his talents earned him four prestigious Emmy Awards. Born in Caracas, Venezuela to Cuban parents, and raised in Miami, David’s love for merging music with film emerged at a young age. Born in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Alexandra Sdoucos was no stranger to the world of the entertainment industry. She grew up running around backstage at the hugely popular Budweiser Superfests, for which her father was the creator and producer. She gained invaluable experience watching and participating in the family business.

In 1998, Alex moved to South Florida to pursue her education at the University of Miami, Coral Gables. There she double majored in Communications and Film with a Photography minor. After the U in 2002, she began work at the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis, Massachusetts (an outdoor concert venue). There she worked crew gaining extensive knowledge of audio, lighting and staging, to compliment her already vast knowledge of production.

John F. Babl is a Director of Photography born in Brazil, and currently based in Miami, Florida. John has shot music videos, commercials, industrial and corporate videos for domestic and foreign markets, and works with new and emerging digital cinematography systems from RED, Sony and Panasonic. John is also an expert on a variety of industry standard 35mm and Super 16 motion picture film cameras: Aaton, Arriflex, Moviecam, Mitchell, Bell & Howell and even silent-era hand-cranked cameras. Whether shooting film or digital, John's filmmaking experience also extends into the post production/editing workflow, working with modern tools for image color correction and grading- Assimilate Scratch, Color, Shake, After Effects, etc

Susie Falero is and award winning producer with more than 10 years of experience in television. After 5 years in news as a reporter and segment producer, working in both South Florida and and The Carolina's, her creativity led her to the next level. For the past 5 years Susie has been a freelance producer and field producer working with clients in Miami, New York and Los Angeles. Susie produces long and short form projects on virtually any topic, from entertainment to corporate. A true believer in the team effort, she loves being part of televisions creative process, from concept to completion.

Gonzalo Parra is our latest addition as our Lighting Director/ Gaffer. He adds 20 years of experience to the set in order to “make things happen” putting all of his craft towards the desired look of the product. Having started in the business as a producer in Venezuela, he always has in mind the Company needs making it possible to offer the best lighting resources in compliant with the project’s budget.
